• OR something so round, football certainly has a lot of angles.
Tales from the Terraces offers two very different perspectives on the beautiful game, as seen from the stands.
The double-bill kicks off with the reminiscences of an Arsenal fan in dark monologue, A Fag Burning the Carpet; while the lighter second half introduces a hapless West Ham fan to his idol, footballer Johnny Bishop.
And, unlike Premiership football, tickets to the King’s Head show are just £12 (£10 concs).

• MISTAKEN identity, cross-dressing shenanigans and lashings of bawdy revelry courtesy of Sir Toby Belch – it can only be Twelfth Night.
Shakespeare’s much-loved and oft-played comedy opens at Theatro Technis on Tuesday evening, directed by John Morton and Jean Carr.
The classic story of separated twins is only there until Saturday, before it jumps onto the Eurostar and heads to Paris for its
international leg.

• GENETICALLY modified crops spell famine, poverty and despair for a Punjabi farmer in Zameen (Land) at the Arts Theatre.
Writer Satinder Kaur Chohan hopes her play is the thing to catch the conscience of the general public as she tells a story familiar to many in the developing world – one of globalisation superseding tradition and the hard choices faced at the bottom of the food chain.
