Not so e-Z to get a ticket for superstar

PREVIEW: JAY-Z
Roundhouse

RAPPER, producer and hip-hop megastar Jay-Z is heading to England to support Coldplay.
Really Mr Beyonce? This is how you choose to spend your success?
But the good news – for 2,000 fans at least – is that Mr Z is playing his only UK headline show at the Roundhouse next week (Sept 17).
So will Belsize Park resident, Coldplay’s Chris Martin return the favour, and trip down Haverstock Hill to lend his support?
Although the Roundhouse is not a stranger to hosting big names, Jay-Z is seen by some to be the biggest hip-hop star on the planet.
True or not, it’s still a real coup for the Chalk Farm venue.
Jay-Z scored his first UK number one this week with his
Rihanna/Kanye West collaboration Run This Town and this show is in support of his new album The Blueprint 3, out on September 14.
Tickets sold out in a record 20 seconds – how is that even possible? So it’s likely most readers won’t have managed to get hold of one.
Best bet for die-hard fans is to shell out hundreds on eBay, chance your arm on the touts, join the paparazzi on the doorstep or just give up now.
