POSTCARD from Holland all. It's cold and grey here too.
There is no snow, only bicycles and apple sauce. I'm a world away from the London gigging circuit mayhem, but I'm sure it's all gone quiet on the waterfront.
So what to expect from the New Year? Well NME have put on a right rawkus tour, featuring all the bands that have graced this page last year.
Larrikin Love, The Holloways and Amy Winehouse (both locals), The Shins, The Young Knives and The Maccabees have all done gigs in our part of town over the last year and will be touring at a venue near you any minute.
Apart from that, who cares, I'm not going out ever again. With no money left and a barely functioning liver, it looks bleak, and that's not just the January chill.
