Downing Street fake gun scare

A MAN has been sectioned under the Mental Health Act after being arrested on Friday for carrying an imitation gun near Downing Street. Police said he approached an officer in Horse Guards Road in central London but when they returned to his car the officer saw what looked like a gun.
The man was taken to a secure facility and was bailed to a date in September, a police spokesman said.
