Four set to stand trial over schoolboy killing

THE trial of two men and two youths charged with the murder of schoolboy Martin Dinnegan is due to begin at the Old Bailey on Tuesday.
The accused include Sean Clarke, 18, and Rene Jean-Baptiste, 20.
A 16-year-old and a 15-year-old cannot be named by court order as they are classified as juveniles. All deny a murder count and are being held in custody.
Martin, 14, a pupil at St Aloysius College in Archway, lived with his family in Evershot Road, Finsbury Park. He was attacked in June last year at the junction of Tollington Way and Axminster Road in Holloway.
