Camden New Journal - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Published: 23 July 2009

Why not get off yer bike?

• I WOULD also like to respond Nick Miller (The hated cyclist’s reply, July 2).
As a pedestrian I frequently encounter people cycling on the pavement, something I believe is illegal and puts innocent pedestrians in danger.
Any cyclist who feels unsafe riding in any specific road could walk on the pavement, wheeling his or her bike until a safer road is reached. By doing this they will be showing pedestrians the courtesy of not imposing on us the danger posed by their cycles.
