Camden New Journal - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Published: 2 April 2009

Bureaucracy at the Brunswick

• LIKE your correspondent Johnny Dennis (Letters, March 26) I have nothing but praise for the service I have received from the medical staff at the Brunswick Medical Centre.
Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the administrative staff .
I have found their attitude unhelpful; I find the way they deal with repeat prescriptions truly worrying.
Patients do not go to the surgery for the fun of it.
We are vulnerable people and it does not help us to feel that we are in a constant battle with bureaucracy.
I personally dislike confrontation and I positively dread having to go to the medical centre.
