‘Crackhouse’ tenants’ return is prevented

TROUBLESOME tenants have been prevented from returning to a “crackhouse” in Westbourne Park by the Paddington Church Houses Trust.
The housing association caused uproar among some neighbouring residents when it announced it was to rehouse previous occupants in the same Hormead Road property from which they were evicted due to allegedly using the flat for drug dealing and prostitution.
Under the new order the tenants are banned from returning until the outcome of an eviction trial which is not expected to take place until early next year.
