Artistic faith: Pupils take inspiration from religion
FAITH was the inspiration for an art competition that has taken Westminster’s pupils by storm.
“My Faith, My Life” saw more than 300 budding artists wetting their brushes and donning their aprons to try and daub a masterpiece. All the paintings will be shown at a free exhibition at Westminster Reference Library, which runs until the end of January.
Council leader Colin Barrow said: “I was very pleased to attend the event which gave me the opportunity to see some of the exceptional artwork that young people in Westminster submitted.” |
