‘British only’ breaks rules

• COULD Capital & Counties (Capco) be breaking the law in demanding Ms Joyce Whittemore sell only hand-made British goods (‘Handmade goods’ rule forces trader out after 28 years, August 15)?
Has Capco not heard of European legislation and the freedom of movement of goods?
