St Mungo’s plea to mayor

LONDON'S largest homeless charity St Mungo’s has urged Boris Johnson to fulfil his election pledge to end rough sleeping in the capital by 2012.
Chief executive Charles Fraser said: “More than 3,000 people were sleeping rough in the capital last year and breaking this cycle will require co-ordinate and targeted action on housing, healthcare and work.”
