Chinese masterchef competition at college

BUDDING chefs are being invited to sharpen their skewers and choose their chillis carefully for the fifth Chinese masterchef competition.
Celebrity chef Nancy Lam will be the taste tester at the Westminster Kingsway Catering College event on May 20.
Contestants will have to make sure their sweet ’n’ sour sauce is just that to stand a chance of scooping the top prize – a £1,000 flight to Hong Kong.
The deadline for entries is April 28. Application forms are available by visiting www.westminster.gov.uk/chinesemasterchef
