West End Extra - by TOM FOOT

Precious litter dumped in bin

A LITTER of kittens has been found dumped in a bin bag in Maida Vale, writes Tom Foot.
The three kittens were found by refuse collectors on Wednesday outside Munsey House on the corner of Third Avenue and Dart Street. They were just five weeks old.
Inspector Summers, who discovered the kittens, immediately rushed them to a local vet, blasted the callous owners who had left them to die.
He said: “These poor kittens were just dumped in a bin and left out as if they were rubbish. This goes to show the appalling things people do when they don’t have their cats neutered and end up with unwanted litters of kittens.”
They are now being cared for by the RSCPA.
Anyone with any information on who dumped the kittens is asked to contact the RSPCA in confidence on 0300 1234 999.
