Oxford Street human traffic

HUMAN rickshaws will transport Christmas shoppers when Oxford Street goes traffic-free on December 1.
Oxford Street, Regent Street and Bond Street will be pedestrianised for one day.
Butlers will also be on hand to help overloaded shoppers and street bands, musicians, dancers and street artists will entertain the crowds.
