Parking fee for bikers

MOTORCYCLISTS are to be charged for parking in the West End.
An all-day parking fee is to be introduced to cover costs of stands being installed in the West End over the next three weeks.
The scheme is to meet the needs of 28,000 bikers coming to central London each week.
The motorbike parking is three times over-subscribed.
Most of the stands will be in Covent Garden.
