We need more help to tackle noise

• WE are told to phone Westminster Council’s ‘Noise Team’ to curb noise etc.
The only trouble is that, more often than not, the ‘offender’ knows they are coming anything up to one hour before they visit the victim. Invariably there is then muted or no sound.
An abatement notice was served on an offender three weeks ago – and the agonising noise goes on – with an Estates Housing Office suggesting I am being vexatious!
These last four years have been hopeless. Genesis Housing Group, who govern PCHA, and Pathmeads who have responsibility for this situation, have been asked to comment.
