Vexatious in W2?

• WE are told to phone Westminster Council ‘Noise Team’ to curb noise, etc.
The only trouble is that, more often than not, the ‘offender’ knows they have anything up to one hour before the Noise Team visit the victim. Invariably there is muted or no sound when the team respond.
An abatement notice for nuisance was served on an offender three weeks ago – and the agonising noise continues – with an Estates Housing Office suggesting I am being vexatious! These last four years have been hopeless.
Genesis Housing Group, which governs PCHA, and Pathmeads, which has responsibility for this situation, have been asked to comment.
