Rubbish gets fashion chic

WEST End clothes stores are recycling their rubbish into outfits as part of London Fashion week.
House of Fraser, Wedgwood and Mexx, will display their creations in shop windows. The Trash Fash event launches on Monday in the London College of Fashion.
