Kids’ service wins praise

Child mental health services have scored top marks for management.
Mental health services for children and young people in Westminster and the city’s management of services are both rated outstanding in Ofsted’s Joint Area Review published on Tuesday. It praises the mental health service’s attention to the early diagnosis of children with complex needs and its excellent support to black and minority ethnic families.
