Foster carers meet Fantastic Mr Fox
FOSTER carers were recognised for their service and care for the city’s foster children this week with a series of events.
Forty foster carers and children attended a matinee performance of Fantastic Mr Fox at the Open Air Theatre in Regents Park. They met the cast, including Mr Fox, played by ex-Blue Peter presenter Peter Duncan.
Housing chief Councillor Gwyneth Hampson arranged the event. Westminster has appealed for more foster carers and anyone interested should call the recruitment team on 0800 0322 533.
Fantastic Mr Fox plays at the Open Air Theatre until August 25. |
