Milein’s artwork up for charity sale
ILLUSTRATOR Milein Cosman’s art work is much sought after – but now New Journal readers have the chance to hang one of her pieces on their walls.
The Hampstead-based artist, whose works include studies of some of the best-known writers, musicians and artists of the 20th century, has helped select 12 images from her career for a new calendar.
The proceeds of those sold will go towards the Cosman Keller Art and Music Trust, which was formed three years ago with a series of art-inspired aims.
They include promoting art and music in education, helping with grants and scholarships, and to preserve the life works of Milein's husband Hans Keller and her own catalogue of art.
