CARS
SURE to be a hit with anyone under 10, Cars is loud, brash, fast paced and occasionally funny.
The story revolves around the hot rod racer Lightning McQueen who gets lost on his way to take part in a big Californian race meet – and ends up learning a few lessons about life on the way.
When Pixar released Toy Story nearly 10 years ago, they changed the way children’s films are made. Since the success of Toy Story, the have brought us such films as Finding Nemo and The Incredibles – both quickly becoming children’s classic, with enough laughs that accompanying adults will find enough to keep them amused too.
They set new standards for animation and Cars is another example of the artistic flair and skill the studio have nurtured. |
