Will we have a say in extra library day?

• While the Friends of Chalk Farm library welcome the extension of the library by one day a week, we are aware that the library is hired out to Westminster/Kingsway College on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
As such, would this mean the extra day’s opening would be on Sunday, or can we select another day of the week?
We should like to ask when this change will take place and also whether local people would have a say as to which day would be most beneficial?
