Islington Tribune - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Published: 11 September 2009

Trolleys menace

• BEING disabled with mobility difficulties, I know all too well the difficulties caused by trolleys discarded on the pavement.
They are there just because some able-bodied person cannot be bothered to carry their own shopping or (dare we suggest it) pay to transport it from the store to its ultimate location (obviously a relatively short distance from the store). It’s a pity Morrisons does not provide scooters to get around the store and then we could see scooters getting in the way of the people.
