Poover power Bike sucks up dog poo

THE latest weapon against dog mess being launched at the Angel is based on equipment which keeps the streets of Paris clean.
The Poover, a spraying, sucking, mess devouring machine, is coming to a street near you.
The modified Honda 125cc bike has been fitted with a water and suction kit to remove dog mess.
Town Hall Lib Dem leisure and equalities chief Councillor Ruth Polling said: “Islington residents have long made it very clear that promoting responsible dog ownership is a top priority for them.
“While many residents do the right thing and clean up after their pets, there are still some people who leave the mess behind, which is unsightly and unpleasant.
“Our street sweepers work very hard, seven days a week, and the Poover is another way Islington Council is tackling the issue.”
The Poover works by spraying dog faeces with a jet of water to loosen it and then removing the mess with a suction mechanism.
A fragrant detergent sterilises the area simultaneously.
