Target 2012: Olympiad open weekend

SPORTS centres, libraries and theatres across Islington will open their doors for families to take part in a wealth of activities, many of them free this weekend.
Islington’s Open weekend brings art, sport, culture and heritage together as part of London’s 2012 Cultural Olympiad. Highlights include a multi-sports day with a chance to take part in five-a-side football, cricket, wheelchair-basketball and non-contact boxing.
Kings Place is holding family workshops covering all the arts. Families will be able to take part in a treasure hunt. Free gym passes and much more will be on offer.
