Kids in the swim: Pupils from 17 schools do battle at Ironmonger Row

YOUNG hopefuls battled it out during Islington Primary School Swimming Championships at Ironmonger Row Baths on Friday.
Seventeen schools competed at the Finsbury baths and the winners were Hanover School.
Former Islington Schools champions, pictured from left, Morgan Mockler, Sarah Taylor-Reid, Olympic hopeful Harry Needs, currently in the England squad, and Devon Robins attended as guests.
Islington Council and regeneration body EC1 New Deal for Communities have pledged £16million to refurbish Ironmonger Row.
