Islington Tribune - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Published: 26 June 2009

Why move this bay?

• THE council’s traffic and parking projects team has written to residents, seeking comments on a proposal to move a motorcycle bay with secure stands from Duncan Terrace to Colebrooke Row, Angel.
Why, on the basis of a request from one resident, is the council proposing to make such a change, and at what cost? I can see no justification whatsoever – just disruption to residents of Colebrooke Row, the creation of an eyesore in front of newly redeveloped Duncan Terrace gardens and totally unnecessary costs.
