• MANY thanks to the voters of Islington for helping re-elect Jean Lambert as London’s Green MEP, so she can carry on fighting for a fairer society and a cleaner environment.
Many thanks to voters for helping make sure the BNP didn’t get even a sniff of a seat in London and for giving more votes to the Greens in our borough than you did to the Lib Dems, the party of our so-called “listening council”.
It was the right choice in this election and will be again next year when you get the chance to elect a new council.
