Where were workers?

• I HAVE been told that the cost of street renewal work in Barnsbury Square is approximately £100,000.
I am wondering what the total budget on this can be and whether Islington Council might be considering reducing it in any way given the pressure on budget.
On the day the work started, I took a photograph about 3.30pm but there were no workmen around to include in it.
