Islington Tribune - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Published: 21 November 2008

At last, back to normal

• ENGINEERING work at Highbury and Islington Tube station was scheduled to finish yesterday (Thursday). It will probably take some time for those who have avoided our end of Upper Street because of transport problems to return again.
We should combine our efforts to advertise the great things that are happening in our area – by having a street party, a joint advertising promotion campaign with posters on the Tube or perhaps creating a booklet on the area’s amenities. I believe Islington Council could be encouraged to assist in some way. If you have any ideas please don’t hesitate to contact me.
