Ladies have a future
• MY prediction is that the credit crunch will last three to four years and the euro will become the leading international currency.
And despite what Vic Akers has said about his fears for the end of Arsenal Ladies team, there will be a European ladies football league (Lure of America has Akers in a state, October 3). I expect much cash will be available for the women, who are just as skilful as the men.
I was impressed when watching ladies football on TV.
