Fine these litter louts

• AS a responsible dog owner, I write with regard to the recent notices put up by Islington Council, with which I am in complete agreement, regarding fines of £80 for irresponsible owners who fail to clear up after their dogs.
I look forward to seeing the corresponding notices put up regarding irresponsible people who throw and discard litter and rubbish everywhere which, after all, must cost far more to clear up as there is far more of it.
