What a shower!
• I APPLIED for the installation of a shower, supported by my GP, more than two years ago.
This was followed by a visit from an occupational therapist, who met the appropriate manager from my landlord, Family Mosaic, resulting in my being given assurance that the work would be carried out as soon as possible and that it would not take more than a day.
I received a call from this manager requesting that I phone him and I did so only to be told he had lost the specifications!
That was more than a month ago and I have heard nothing since. There are no facilities for showering or bathing in my flat so I have had no choice but to go to leisure centres or swimming pools once a week as I have done for the last two years.
