Cyclist in intensive care after collision with truck

A CYCLIST is in intensive care after colliding with a 35-tonne lorry on Holloway Road on Tuesday.
The 28-year-old woman was at the junction of Holloway Road and Camden Road just after 5pm when the incident took place.
The victim, who is from Hackney, was taken to the Whittington Hospital, where an emergency operation was carried out on her leg.
She remains in a stable condition but her leg was seriously injured.
Officers from Euston’s collision investigation unit are investigating the circumstances of the incident and ask any witnesses to contact DS Gavin Burton on 020 7388 6806.
