Arts base’s birthday joy

CELEBRATIONS are in order for Islington Arts Factory.
The borough’s long­est-running community arts centre, in Parkhurst Road, Holloway, is 30 years old this year, and has recently won a cash grant and next month will play host to an exciting new exhibition.
Metamorphose, running from November 2-23, presents the work of six contemporary artists exploring the figuratively tricky subjects of nocturnal landscapes, time and memory among others.
