Islington Tribune - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Published: 19 October 2007

Angel’s delights

CAN I emphasise to customers at Chapel Market in Angel that it is business as usual despite the current changes.
They should not be put off by lorries or their favourite stall or business moving or looking closed while pavements are repaved this winter.
As part of a programme of improvements by Islington Council, working with Angel Business Improvement District, the pavements are being re-laid with York stone, from White Conduit Street to Baron Street, before Christmas, and Liverpool Road up the market to White Conduit Street after Christmas.
CHRISTINE LOVETT
Angel centre bid manager
