Islington Tribune - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Published: 28 September 2007

Back the Gaza kids

• READERS may be interested to know Islington Friends of Yibna have organised a fundraising meal at Café Gallipoli Again (the one closest to the post office), 120 Upper Street, on Sunday at 1pm.
Tickets (£15) must be bought in advance and are available from IFY, PO Box 58246, London N1 2UE, or by emailing Islington_Yibna@
yahoo.co.uk or calling 07880 731 865.
The Tribune has reported on the success of Islington Friends of Yibna in delivering school kits to children in Yibna, Palestine. We aim to continue our work with schools by developing links with older pupils through the internet, and organising exchange visits for teachers and other community leaders.
This event will be an enjoyable social occasion that will also raise funds to support the children in Yibna refugee camp in Gaza. We hope to see lots of friends, old and new, at Gallipoli Again on Sunday.
