My thanks to voters

• I would like to thank all those who voted for me in the Homes for Islington board member elections.
I received 1,932 votes and intend to represent the tenants and leaseholders in Clerkenwell on issues regarding housing and repairs and anti-social behaviour.
I’ve been a council tenant for 36 years and was a Lib Dem councillor for 18 years, including a spell as housing chairman, before I retired at the last local elections.
