Community comes together for day of family fun at centre

BALLOONS, face paints and stories were on the shopping list for scores of residents on ­Saturday when the N1 Centre held its family fun day.
The play day, which ­culminated in a balloon race launched by Islington Mayor, ­Councillor Barbara Smith, saw the N1 in Angel filled with kids games and entertainments, including free face-painting, ­storytelling and a balloon-maker on stilts.
