City farm on alert

PRECAUTIONS against foot-and-mouth disease are being taken at a city farm in Holloway after last week’s outbreak in Surrey.
Freightliners City Farm, in Sheringham Road, is making visitors step in disinfectant and vehicles drive through straw soaked in sterilising fluid.
