Islington Tribune - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Published: 27 July 2007

Grease, a slick show

• I WAS invited to St Mark’s School, in Sussex Way, Archway, to see the show Grease, performed by teachers and children.
The production took many hours and days to rehearse. It began just like the movie, which I remember fondly.
The children danced and sang with elegance and sincerity, smiling with the exuberance of youth.
It’s nice to know there are still enough people in the arts to make a difference.
I want to say thanks to the teachers and children for a show I will never forget. Bravo!
GEORGE SALLOIN
