Thanks for fun day

• I MUST congratulate Kier Islington on its recent free fun day in Brewery Road, Holloway. It was definitely a fun-packed day as the thousands of council tenants and leaseholders who turned up can testify.
It seemed to me there were more free strawberries and cream dished out in six hours than at the whole of the Wimbledon fortnight.
It is good to see Kier, which looks after council housing repairs and maintenance throughout Islington, give something back to local people. The event just gets bigger and better each year. Keep it up, Kier.
