Our repairs team is waiting to help

• ISLINGTON tenant Rosie Collinson has written detailing her concerns about the Kier Islington repairs service (My long wait for home repair, April 27).
Kier Islington did contact Ms Collinson and arranged to visit her home to discuss her concerns.
Arrangements were subsequently made to replace the window sill at her convenience and this has now been completed to her satisfaction.
The partnership of Homes for Islington and Kier Islington has recently set up a “resolution team” as a focal point to resolve any outstanding repairs issues that tenants may have. It can be contacted on 0800 6943344, selecting option 2.
