A BOY was stabbed on his way to school this morning (Tuesday) in an attack on the Regent's Park estate.

The 16 year-old was rushed to University College Hospital following the knifing at the junction of Robert Street and Stanhope Street at around 8.45 am.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said he had "serious but not life-threatening injuries".
