Be grateful for the Free

• I’m writing about my experience at the A&E of the Royal Free.

I was with my brother when he went to have a scan. I noticed that it was very busy. One person I noticed was a lady working very hard.
She was cleaning, packing shelves, making tea, pushing trollies about and cleaning them. Her name badge said Housekeeper. People complain about the Royal Free. All I can see is people working very hard. People should take notice of the work that is being done and not complain. I would like to thank the Royal Free for its hard work.
