Freedom!

• WHY do the council leaders think that instead of a quick trip to the post office it is better for old people to have to get a photo done and send proof of our address (in these days of identity theft) and be totally reliant on using the post three times for our Freedom Passes?
Surely the extra bureaucracy will just hasten the demise of the post offices we rely on.
