Heroes on postcards

• IF you have a hero who lives or lived in the Borough of Camden, we’d like you to send us your Poem on a Postcard.
The theme is My Camden Hero. Postcards only, please (no emails). Poets (and some heroes) will be invited to read
at a free event on October 8, with the Mayor of Camden and our special guest poets  Alan Brownjohn and Elaine Feinstein at the Camden Town Hall (2pm to 4pm).
Send your postcards to the Purple Poets, West Euston Time Bank, Crypt Centre, Munster Square, West Euston, London NW1 3PL, telephone: 020 7383 4922.
If you’re looking for inspiration, check our website for our ongoing list of heroes: www.purplepoets.com/ npd2009.html
Don’t forget to keep a copy of your poem for yourself.
Kim Morissey
