Camden New Journal - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Published: 24 September 2009

A visit to the post office can be a real pain at my age

• A VISIT to the post office can be an ordeal.
Users have to wait longer and longer.
Why can’t the Post Office get better organised, and civilised, and have proper waiting room seats? Why not a queue system with numbers? Older people find it difficult to remain on their feet for a long time. I recently queued for 40 minutes and had to give up because I felt dizzy and had sharp pains in my legs. I am 88.
