Camden New Journal - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Published: 20 August 2009

Bike ban

• AROUND two years ago council leaseholder residents at Primrose Hill Court were asked by the Town Hall to move bicycles from communal hallways. We were happy to comply but requested that alternative storage be provided. The Council agreed to this and allowed bicycles to remain in the meantime.
Last week we were contacted by the council again demanding bicycles be removed.
No alternative is being offered and bicycles will be removed if we do not comply.
It is simply archaic that cyclists are not provided for in places of high-population density.
OLIVER BECKETT
